I only open other banner exchanges on static html pages. If you find any content offensive PLEASE let me know, I will report it immediately and delete the exchange from my ads list. Banner programs can open in a new window or open in the same window. Not at are created equal.
When will you want it to open in the same window? Not from any traffic exchange. Exchange owners get mighty testy if you "break frames".
When you are already in a new window-it makes sense otherwise you get many open tabs or windows.
All traffic Exchanges show banners-some have their own rotators- a tool for you to use, others will allow you to use your own rotator. Will have more on this.
